We have constituted ourselves as a Board of Evaluation which has voluntarily decided to maintain its private independence and has not applied to, nor does it consider applying to the U.S. Department of Education for recognition and evaluation under its rules and procedures.
This information is given to all prospective students before they make their final decision to be admitted and begin their studies, after having paid their $45.00 non-refundable registration.
